THE GENERAL DATA

The oil heat exchanger

1 – the carving plug,

2 – a lining,

3 – the heat exchanger,

4 – an adapter,

5 – the oil filter

The oil heat exchanger is established between the oil filter and the block of cylinders.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before heat exchanger removal it is necessary to remove the oil filter at first. To disconnect hoses of the heat exchanger and to muffle their stoppers.
2. Flat-nose pliers to turn off an adapter. To remove the heat exchanger and its lining. If the plug acts in film or leaves together with an adapter – it is necessary to replace the plug.
3. Assemblage begins with installation of the new plug in the block of cylinders. To put on a carving of the plug and an internal part of an adapter hermetic.
4. To put on an initial carving of the plug a hermetic drop since otherwise surpluses of hermetic can get to greasing system.
5. To establish a new lining and the heat exchanger, to fix its adapter. To be convinced that heat exchanger tubes are established under a corresponding corner, and to tighten an adapter the corresponding moment of an inhaling (And – the back party of the block of cylinders of the engine).
6. To establish the new oil filter.
