The head is executed from a special aluminium alloy and has steel plug-in saddles of valves.

Regrinding of the bottom plane of a head of the block of cylinders is not provided.

Directing valves

Pistons

Pistons are made of an easy alloy, without flutes on a spending part, with filled in инварным a ring limiting thermal changes of the sizes. In the top part there are three flutes for piston rings. The axis of an aperture of a piston finger is displaced concerning a piston axis. Pistons are delivered in complete sets together with fingers and rods.

Installation method: the arrow at the bottom of the piston should be directed towards a forward part of the engine (towards a system drive timing).

COOLING SYSTEM

The closed contour of cooling with a nonfreezing liquid contains a radiator, a broad tank, the pump of a cooling liquid, the thermostat and the fan.

Radiator and broad tank

The radiator with a cross-section stream has tanks from an artificial material.

The broad tank is made of a transparent material and has designations of the maximum and minimum levels of a cooling liquid.

Pressure of opening of the valve of superfluous pressure in a stopper of a broad tank: 120 – 140 кПа.

The pump of a cooling liquid

The centrifugal pump of a cooling liquid located on a forward wall of the block of cylinders, is put in action клиновым by a belt together with the generator.

The fan

The fan with an electric drive from a temperature-sensitive element of the radiator located in a drain stopper.

The thermostat
