Engine V6 with the top arrangement of valves and the bottom arrangement of a camshaft in the block of cylinders of the engine which is put in action through косозубую шестеренчатую transfer from a cranked shaft (engine V6 2,8 дм3) or a chain (engines V6 2,4 and 2,8 дм3).

Heads of the block of cylinders are established in such a manner that the inlet collector is located between them, and final collectors from outer sides of collectors.

The block of cylinders is made of pig-iron. In the bottom part of the block the oil pallet stamped from a sheet steel or cast from an aluminium alloy is located.

Pistons from the aluminium alloy, connected to cranked shaft by means of rods двутаврового sections.

The cranked shaft rotates in four bearings, axial люфт is regulated by the persistent half rings established on the third radical bearing.

Greasing under pressure is carried out with the help двухроторного the oil pump.

COOLING SYSTEM

The closed contour of cooling with a nonfreezing liquid contains a radiator, a broad tank, the pump of a cooling liquid, the thermostat and the fan.

Radiator and broad tank

The radiator with a cross-section stream has tanks from an artificial material. The broad tank is made of a transparent material and has designations of the maximum and minimum levels of a cooling liquid.
