PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear contact surfaces картера and the pallet. The flutes which are available in holders of consolidations, should be pure.
2. To establish rubber consolidations in flutes of holders.
3. To put on flutes a layer of hermetic and to establish lining uvulas in grooves of rubber consolidations.
4. To watch that apertures in a lining have coincided with apertures on a contact surface картера. To establish into place the pallet, to watch that the lining was not displaced.
5. To establish fixing bolts of the pallet and to tighten them in two steps according to the inhaling moments.
6. To establish a new lining on a cover of a drive and to establish the water pump. To establish the thermostat and the thermostat case. To connect a back branch pipe of a water highway.
7. To put on a pulley washer коленвала hermetic. Establish a pulley, a washer and a fixing bolt. Tighten a bolt according to the inhaling moment.
8. To establish all connections and gauges of the control of pressure of oil.
9. To put on bypass a hose a back branch pipe of the pump of a cooling liquid.
10. If it is provided by a design, to place on the block of cylinders the oil heat exchanger together with new consolidation, then to insert the plug and to tighten it so that heat exchanger tubes have been turned under the necessary corner.
