THE GENERAL DATA

System of greasing of the engine


The oil pallet made of a stamped steel established from below картера, serves as the tank for engine oil. By means of the oil pump oil from the pallet through the mesh filter and a reception branch pipe goes in полнопоточный the oil filter.

The filtered oil goes a stream from the centre of a filtering element and through the small channel on the right side arrives in the gauge of pressure of oil and the trunk main (on the left side картера) through the cross-section channel.

Four channels bring the trunk main to four radical bearings, camshaft bearings, in turn, also are informed with radical bearings. On шатунные bearings oil moves through diagonal channels from the nearest radical bearings of a cranked shaft.

At rotation of a cranked shaft oil arrives through apertures in bearings of the bottom heads of rods, greasing разбрызгиванием piston fingers and the parties of the cylinders perceiving lateral pressure thereby is provided. Distributive gear wheels also are greased разбрызгиванием through lubricant channels.

From a neck of the third bearing of a cranked shaft oil in a faltering mode under pressure arrives on the channel in the block of cylinders and a head of the block of cylinders to axes клапанных коромысел. Then oil comes back in the engine pallet on the big channels in the block of cylinders and a head of the block of cylinders.
