PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To wipe the locations of loose leaves of bearings on cranked to a shaft and to establish the top semiloose leaves of radical bearings.
2. To clear the locations of loose leaves of radical bearings and to establish loose leaves in covers. If old loose leaves are established, to track that they were established on former places.
3. To keep persistent half rings, put a greasing small amount on both parties of the radical bearing №3.
4. To arrange the top halves of persistent rings in flutes on the parties of the radical bearing № 3 grooves outside, thus the uvula should settle down in a flute.
5. To grease with engine oil of a neck of radical bearings of a cranked shaft and loose leaves of radical bearings.
6. To establish on a cranked shaft a sealing ring of the back radical bearing.
7. Cautiously to lower a cranked shaft in картер.
8. To put a thin layer hermetic on interfaced surfaces картера and covers of the back radical bearing.
9. To grease both parties of a cover of the radical bearing №3, to keep persistent half rings. To establish persistent half rings grooves outside, the uvula should settle down in a flute.
10. To establish covers of radical bearings, arrows on covers should specify in a forward part of the engine.
11. Gradually to tighten bolts of fastening of radical bearings according to the inhaling moment, except for bearing bolts № 3, they should be tightened only manually. To press a cranked shaft, to shift it against the stop back, then slowly to press, to shift against the stop forward, to keep in this position, and to tighten according to the inhaling moment fixing bolts of a cover of the radical bearing №3, thus, persistent rings will be established into place.
12. To press a back sealing ring of a cranked shaft to the radical bearing. When it will be finalised, to protect edges of a sealing ring a sticky tape.
13. By means of a set probeов to measure axial люфт a cranked shaft, probe it is established between a neck of a cranked shaft and persistent washers. The backlash size should be within the values specified in subsection 3.3.1. For backlash adjustment, it is possible to establish persistent washers of a various thickness.
14. To turn a cranked shaft, to check up, whether заедает it. If the shaft is turned very hardly or заедает, it is necessary to make dismantling and careful check.
15. To grease places of consolidation of a cover of the back radical bearing (black) with hermetic and to establish into place.
16. For installation of consolidations to take advantage of a screw-driver with a flat edge or the similar tool. Consolidations are established by the rounded off surface in a direction of a cover of the bearing.
