3.1.2.2.5. Removal and installation of the oil pallet

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a negative wire from the accumulator.
2. To lift and fix a forward part of the car.
3. To remove protection картера and to merge engine oil.
4. To remove a starter.
5. To unscrew two nuts of fastening of arms of the engine to support.
6. To weaken bolts карданного the hinge of a steering shaft, having provided their mutual mobility.
7. To remove brake tubes from clips on a forward crossbeam. To hook on the engine the load-lifting mechanism and to raise so that the engine weight was perceived by the load-lifting mechanism.
8. To establish a jack under a forward beam, to remove bolts of support of a beam and cautiously lowering a jack, to lower a beam.
9. To unscrew 23 bolts of fastening of the pallet and to remove the pallet.
10. To remove a lining of the oil pallet.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To put hermetic on corners of adjusting surfaces of forward and back consolidations and to establish consolidations in flutes of a cover of the back bearing and a cover of the forward bearing of a cranked shaft.
2. To put hermetic on an interfaced surface on the block of cylinders, to establish a pallet lining on the block of cylinders, having hooked on the lining ends for the bottom part of consolidations.
3. To establish the oil pallet and to tighten bolts the demanded moment. Bolts to tighten on a circle the moment of 1-2 Nanometers, beginning from a point And, then the moment of 6-8 Nanometers, beginning from a point In, and definitively to tighten the moment of 8-10 Nanometers in 20 minutes of work of the engine.
