| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. To disconnect from the accumulator a weight wire.
| 2. To merge cooling liquid from cooling system.
| 3. To remove the air filter, to disconnect pipelines and draughts from the carburettor and an inlet collector.
|4. To disconnect electric wires from the carburettor and a head of the block of cylinders.
|5. To disconnect from spark plugs of a wire of a high voltage and to remove the high voltage distributor.
|6. To disconnect pipelines of a cooling liquid from the chamber of the starting arrangement of the carburettor, the top hose from a radiator, and also a hose of a broad tank from a head of the block of cylinders.
|7. To disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from a final collector (3 nuts).
|8. To remove a protective casing of a gear belt of system timing (3 bolts), and also a cover of a head of the block of cylinders (10 bolts) together with its sealant.
|9. To establish the piston of 1 cylinder in the top dead point, turning a cranked shaft for a bolt, крепящий a pulley клинового a belt, in a direction of working rotation until the label of the top dead point will not be combined with a label on a casing of a forward sealing ring of a cranked shaft, and the label on a cam-shaft pulley will not be combined with a label on a head of the block of cylinders. To note position of a rotor of the distributor in relation to the distributor case for what to uncover the distributor having raised a screw-driver 2 lateral fixing скобы and having unscrewed 2 screws of fastening of a cover.
|10. To unscrew fastening of the tension device of a gear belt of system timing (the adaptation 21.012) to weaken it and to tighten in this position.
|11. To remove a gear belt of system timing.
|12. To unscrew spark plugs, and also to unscrew bolts of a head of the block of cylinders (the adaptation 21.002) in sequence opposite to their tightening.
|13. To remove a head of the block of cylinders from the block of cylinders of the engine.
It is not necessary to have a head of the block of cylinders the bottom plane on a horizontal surface as it threatens with damage of valves acting below a plane. A head of the block of cylinders it is necessary to have on two wooden брусках so that plates of valves concerned nothing.
