THE GENERAL DATA

Generator fastening on two bolts

 1 – a small washer (can be absent),

2 – an arm of fastening of the generator,
3 – the generator,

4 – the big washer

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire of weight from the accumulator, and also a socket of multicontact connection behind the generator (after removal of a safety fastener).
The prevention

The information in electronic memories is thus erased from memory.
2. To weaken bolts of fastening of the generator.
3. To turn the generator to the engine and to remove клиновой a belt from a generator pulley.
4. To unscrew bolts of fastening and to take the generator (1 – connection of wires, 2 – the bottom bolts of fastening).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To insert the generator, to screw up bolts of its fastening and to tighten their hand.
2. To connect and fix a socket of multicontact connection of wires behind the generator.
3. To establish and pull клиновой a belt (1 – a bolt of the tension device, And = 10 mm – a belt deflection).
4. To tighten a bolt of adjustment of a tightness, then a forward bolt (arrow) of the bottom fastening and, at last, a back bolt (arrow) of the bottom fastening of the generator.
5. To connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
6. To check up a tension клинового a belt.
7. In case of need to weaken bolts of fastening of the generator, to pull клиновой a belt and again to tighten bolts, since a bolt of adjustment of a tightness, and then a bolt of forward and back fastening of the generator.
