PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish a lining in a flute in the block of cylinders and a cover of the back radical bearing.
2. To establish a core of the special adaptation (21.085) on a lining.
3. To strike a wooden hammer on a flat surface of the special adaptation so that a lining in appropriate way has filled the flute provided for it and was not exposed to deformation. To level the ends of a lining with a plane of the block of cylinders and covers; over this plane elements of a material of a lining should not act.
4. To grease with engine oil loose leaves with oil flutes and to lay them in nests of the block of cylinders, paying attention, that they were in the same nests in which stood earlier (to observe the executed designations).
5. Cautiously to establish a cranked shaft on loose leaves of radical bearings.
6. To establish covers of radical bearings №2, 3,4 and 5, and also preliminary, without lateral sealants, a cover of the bearing №1.
7. To tighten bolts of covers of radical bearings the moment of 110 Nanometers.
8. To arrange the indicator of hour type so that its measuring tip concerned a forward part of a cranked shaft.
9. To check up an axial backlash of a cranked shaft which should make 0,08–0,29 mm.
10. In case of inappropriate value of an axial backlash it is necessary to replace persistent half rings of a cranked shaft; for a choice there are two thickness: 2,30 and 2,50 mm.
