3.2.2.2.7. Assemblage of a head of the block of cylinders
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To grease with fresh engine oil directing plugs of valves.
2. To insert the valve on the place.
3. To establish on the valve the bottom basic plate of springs.
4. To wrap up flutes for crackers in the top part of the valve a piece of a sticky tape for protection from damage of working edges маслоотражательных caps at their installation.
5. To grease with fresh engine oil маслоотражательный a cap and, using tubular оправку, to establish on directing the valve.
6. To remove a sticky tape from a valve core.
7. To repeat this operation for other valves.
8. To establish springs and the top plates of springs.
9. Supporting the valve in the closed position by the special adaptation to compress springs of the valve and to establish crackers of valves.
10. To establish into place hydraulic pushers of valves.
11. To establish to the place of the inlet pipeline and a final collector.
