ENGINES ONS

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.
2. To merge cooling liquid.
3. To disconnect from a collector vacuum tubes. The quantity of tubes depends on model and the equipment.
4. To remove sockets of plaits of fuel atomizers on the end of the pipeline nearest to a partition.
5. To disconnect under a collector a wire of the gauge of a control bulb of pressure of oil.
6. To weaken collars and to remove from a collector a highway, a measuring instrument of a stream of air and the pipeline.
7. To uncover the distributor and to disconnect high-voltage wires.
8. To unscrew two nuts and to remove a support going from a collector to the right party of a head of cylinders.
9. To unscrew four bolts and to remove a support which connects the basis of a collector to a block left-hand side.
10. To unscrew скобу a cable of an accelerator and to shift it aside.
11. To disconnect a tube of giving of fuel from a fuel arm and a returnable tube from a regulator of pressure of fuel.
12. To disconnect from a collector a hose of system of cooling.
13. To unscrew six nuts and bolts of fastening of a collector (it is specified by arrows) and to remove it. The grounding wire can be connected to one of hairpins an additional nut.
14. Cautiously to remove from a head of the block of cylinders a collector together with connecting details. If the distributor disturbs to removal, to unscrew a forward hairpin of a collector or to remove the distributor.
15. To remove from a head of the block of cylinders a lining.
16. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. On interfaced surfaces to put a hermetic layer.

ENGINES DONS

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.
2. To merge cooling liquid.
3. To disconnect hoses of cooling from the case of the thermostat and an inlet collector.
4. To disconnect воздухозаборный a branch pipe from a forward part of an inlet collector.
5. To disconnect from an inlet collector ventilation hoses картера and vacuum hoses.
6. To disconnect an accelerator cable.
7. To remove from spark plugs high-voltage wires and to shift them aside.
8. To disconnect wires from the switch of the fan of a radiator, the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid of the engine and the gauge of measurement of temperature.
9. To remove a socket of the gauge of position throttle заслонки.
10. To remove fuel atomizers.
11. To unscrew 10 bolts and 2 nuts of fastening of a collector to a head of the block of cylinders and accurately to remove an inlet collector. To remove a lining.
12. To take 2 plastic candle linings from a nest in a head of cylinders.
13. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. To fill in a liquid in system of cooling and to check up turns of idling and the maintenance WITH.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.
2. To merge cooling liquid.
3. To uncover the throttle lever.
4. To weaken collars and to shift aside a highway a measuring instrument of a stream of air-collector.
5. To remove a ventilation hose картера.
6. To remove the top hose of a radiator and a hose of a heater from an exhaust outlet on a forward part of the pipeline.
7. To disconnect sockets from the valve of turns of idling, the gauge of measurement of temperature, the gauge of measurement of temperature of a cooling liquid and the gauge of position throttle заслонки. To disconnect a plait of wires of fuel atomizers.
8. To disconnect from the lever an accelerator cable. On models with automatic transmission also to disconnect a cable kick-down or a socket.
9. To disconnect tubes of giving and fuel return.
10. To remove high-voltage wires and the ignition distributor.
11. To unscrew eight bolts and to remove the chamber of superfluous pressure.
12. To unscrew seven bolts and to remove covers of a head of the block of cylinders.
13. To disconnect from an inlet collector bypass a hose of the water pump.
14. To unscrew eight bolts and to remove an inlet collector.
15. To remove an inlet collector together with a pressure regulator, a fuel arm and a casing of the case of a throttle.
16. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. On interfaced surfaces to put a hermetic layer.
