Designations of cylinders on the block of cylinders of the engine and pistons at their bottom

Diameters of pistons and cylinders are divided into groups which are designated by the letters which have been beaten out on the block of cylinders of the engine and a bottom of the piston.

The cylinder and the piston co-operating with it should belong to one group of a choice.

The prevention

New blocks of cylinders of engines have cylinders with a diameter of exclusively group "And" and "In".

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To oil surfaces of pistons and internal surfaces of cylinders.
2. By means of the adaptation for compression of rings to insert knots the piston-rod into corresponding cylinders.

The prevention

Deepening at the bottom of the piston should be directed towards the fuel pump.


3. To press pistons deep into cylinders.
4. To establish шатунные loose leaves and covers of rods, to tighten nuts of bolts of fastening of covers of rods the moment of 60 Nanometers.
5. To measure the resistance moment at rotation of a cranked shaft with the help динамометрического a key.
6. To oil pushers and to insert them according to designations in directing the block of cylinders of the engine.
7. To establish in the block of cylinders a cam-shaft and an intermediate plate together with a new lining. To establish a system drive timing (subsection 3.5.7.2.5 see) and a casing приводной system chains timing together with a new lining.
8. To grease casing bolts приводной system chains timing герметизирующей with paste Frenetanch and to tighten their moment of 10 Nanometers.
9. To attach to the block of cylinders the oil pump so that конусное an aperture in the pump case settled down opposite to an aperture with a carving.
10. To tighten the moment of 22,5 Nanometers a bolt (with the conic termination) fastenings of the oil pump.
11. To establish a copper washer and to tighten a nut with the muffled aperture the moment of 30 Nanometers.
12. To establish an original adjusting washer and cautiously to tighten a stopper with a carving.
13. To establish the oil pallet. To tighten the moment of 3 Nanometers a drain stopper with a new lining.
