11.6.4. Removal and installation of the accumulator of hydraulic knot

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a negative wire from the accumulator.

The prevention
To remove pressure in the hydraulic accumulator of brake system. For this purpose it is necessary to switch off ignition and to press against the stop a brake pedal (about 20 times) while it does not become "firm".

2. To lay rags about the basis of the accumulator of hydraulic knot for gathering of the spilt brake liquid.

3. To unscrew the accumulator, using face шестигранный a wrench, and to remove the accumulator (the arrow notes a sealing ring of round section which is subject to replacement).

4. To establish a new sealing ring of round section and to establish and fix the accumulator.

5. To connect the storage battery and to include ignition. The pump of hydraulic knot should start to work and be switched off within 60 seconds, otherwise it is necessary to search for malfunction in the accumulator of hydraulic knot.

6. To remove air from brake system.
