Removal выжимного the bearing

The noise created выжимным by the bearing at deenergizing of coupling (the coupling pedal is pressed), means that the bearing is damaged also it it is necessary to replace.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a transmission.

2. To disconnect выжимной the bearing from below and from above from a plug of deenergizing of coupling (it is specified by an arrow) and to remove from a primary shaft of a transmission.

3. To unscrew a bolt of fastening and to remove a plug. For removal of a plug of deenergizing of coupling (it is specified by an arrow) to displace it from a turn point.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To grease working surfaces of a shaft of deenergizing of coupling with greasing MoS2.

2. To establish a plug of deenergizing of coupling and to fix a bolt.

3. To establish выжимной the bearing and to fix in a plug.

4. To establish a transmission.
