3.5.9.1. The oil pump
THE GENERAL DATA

Greasing system
1 – the oil pump,

Removal of the oil pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To merge oil from the engine.
2. To remove the oil pallet. For this purpose follows:
     – To disconnect from the accumulator a wire of weight and to remove the air filter;
     – To take the top sheet casing of a radiator and to disconnect two holders of an engine mount;
     – To adhere the engine by means of the lift (the adaptation 21.060);
     – To unscrew bolts and to remove the oil pallet.
3. To unscrew a stopper on the case of the oil pump.
4. To unscrew a nut with the muffled aperture, to take a washer; to unscrew a bolt of fastening of the oil pump and to take it together with a washer.
5. To take from within the block of cylinders the oil pump.

Installation of the oil pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the oil pump in the block of cylinders of the engine so that конусное an aperture in its case was opposite to an aperture with a carving for a fastening bolt.
2. To establish a copper washer, to tighten a bolt of fastening of the oil pump and a nut with the muffled aperture together with a washer.
3. To measure width of a backlash between surfaces of a stopper with a carving and the block of cylinders of the engine.
4. To establish a washer in the thickness of 0,05-0,10 mm for maintenance of a corresponding working backlash.
5. To establish the oil pallet.
6. Other actions to execute in return sequence in relation to process of removal of the oil pump.
